Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the go-to-market operations of a fast-growing global SaaS company. This role plays a critical part in connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance through data, systems, and process optimization.

You will serve as the analytical backbone of the revenue organization, helping leadership teams make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive predictable growth.

This position blends analytics, systems management, and strategic operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data while also improving the processes that power revenue teams.

Responsibilities

GTM Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports covering pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, and ARR growth.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings, ARR, and revenue recognition metrics.
  • Conduct funnel and cohort analyses to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
  • Support forecasting cycles with scenario modeling and variance analysis.

Process Optimization & Enablement

  • Map and improve lead-to-cash workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning activities including territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Maintain opportunity hygiene and forecasting discipline in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Work with Customer Success operations teams to improve renewal forecasting and expansion tracking.

Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as a power user and data steward across the revenue operations tech stack.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integration across CRM, marketing, sales engagement, and financial systems.
  • Design automation and workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Partner with internal systems teams or external partners on system improvements and integrations.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Deliver actionable insights for go-to-market leadership and executive reporting.
  • Support pricing and packaging analysis, campaign performance measurement, and go-to-market experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Finance teams to align on revenue targets and growth KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics roles within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, churn, and renewal rates.
  • Experience supporting multi-stage sales motions including inbound, outbound, renewals, and expansions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • MBA or certifications in RevOps or Data Analytics are a plus.
