Bookings Manager

  • Type: Full Time.
  • Job Location: Brazil, Mexico or Colombia preferred. Open to other LATAM locations for strong candidates

About our client

Our client is a leading healthcare compliance SaaS company helping healthcare organizations simplify compliance management through a single, connected platform.

Rather than relying on scattered tools and manual processes, their technology centralizes compliance programs, giving customers greater visibility, stronger risk management, and confidence in meeting regulatory requirements. Their mission is to help healthcare organizations build sustainable compliance programs that protect both patients and providers.

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized Bookings Manager to own the accuracy and integrity of bookings data across the business.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring every new deal, renewal, contract amendment, and upgrade is accurately processed and reflected across company systems.

You'll become the primary point of contact for bookings-related questions, helping maintain clean data, supporting revenue reporting, and improving operational processes as the company continues to scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, collaborating across teams, and ensuring operational excellence in a growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end bookings process, including new deals, renewals, upgrades, and contract amendments.
  • Review and validate booking information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations regarding bookings-related questions.
  • Maintain clean, accurate bookings data across CRM and finance systems.
  • Partner with Finance to support revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain bookings dashboards and leadership reports.
  • Identify inconsistencies, trends, and operational risks within bookings data.
  • Improve internal workflows, approval processes, and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized booking records.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations regarding pricing structures, contract terms, and deal desk requests.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Bookings, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of bookings, contracts, and basic revenue recognition concepts (accounting background is a plus but not required).

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented operations professional with experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Bookings in a SaaS environment. They thrive in cross-functional roles, enjoy working with data, and understand the importance of accurate bookings for revenue reporting and business decision-making.

They are proactive, organized, and comfortable collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams. They can identify discrepancies, improve processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
