DATA ENGINEER

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Engineer. The Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data integration projects.

Job Location: São Paulo, Brazil. Open to other LATAM locations for remote work.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • Utilize Databricks for advanced data processing and analysis.
  • Design and implement complex stored procedures to support data transformation and implement business validation logic.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all systems.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (natives a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in data integration and database development.
  • Proficiency in Core SQL and Azure SQL.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

A CSM will be responsible for providing the best customer experience by building a consultative relationship with customers in order to grow and retain these accounts. Our CSMs will have a strong partnership with the Sales team, as you help customers meet their business objectives while identifying new opportunities to expand the company footprint. From training your customers on the technology platform, to creating actionable goals for ways that they can optimize their supply chain, you are responsible for driving customers to being delighted in their utilization and adoption of our product.

Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which include: increasing adoption, driving usage, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Facilitate a quarterly Executive Business Review to review goals, progress and opportunities

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Sales Development Representatives are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients through prospecting, connect with, educate, and qualify leads before handing them off to the region account executives. SDRs primary role is to move leads through the sales pipeline.

Job Location: São Paulo, Brazil preferred or Bogota, Colombia. Open to other LATAM locations.

Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Accomplish weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metric goals
  • Negotiate and follow up on contracts and paperwork to take the sale to closure

SALES MANAGER

The ideal candidate is passionate about achieving and beating sales targets. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing prospects, qualifying, and guiding prospects to a closure, and executing through a plan to achieve and beat their sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • You will train yourself on the company’s product and solutions so that you present yourself as an expert in our product and thereby better qualify and nurture prospects with appropriate insights
  • Jointly create your overall sales plan with your manager and set tracking metrics in place to monitor the plan health to successfully achieve the sales target
  • Build and progressively qualify your sales pipeline based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to support your yearly sales target
  • You engage your prospects meaningfully in a respectful but persistent manner so that you can guide your prospects to closure

ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

As an Onboarding Specialist you'll be the mastermind behind our customers' success - managing our customers and carriers experience through your relationships and technical expertise. You'll become an industry expert, partnering with shippers, brokers, and carriers to unify communication in one place - our client's platform. You'll wow them with your quick and flawless execution of our carrier and broker onboarding process. The Onboarding Specialist role offers full-time and part-time schedule options for qualified candidates. The part-time option offers the ability to have a flexible, customized schedule targeting about 30 hours per week on average.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding carriers to our platform - using creativity to solve unique and changing problems, solutioning to decide how a carrier will integrate Leading carrier calls, setting follow-up tasks and action items
  • Ability to navigate and understand enterprise level software & diagnose and solve complex technical and operational problems
  • Understanding customer and company business objectives to determine and execute on carrier onboarding and compliance goals
  • Providing regular updates on onboarding and compliance progress to customers.
  • Direct, independent, and regular interaction with customers including presentations and decisions on what work to take on and how to best go about taking on that work
  • Maintaining clear, updated, and accurate records in our CRM as well as updating other relevant internal documentation
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to streamline processes and improve our product
