You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure customers are successful throughout their journey.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing enterprise relationships, navigating complex organizations, and balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution.

- Experience managing complex customer relationships and driving long-term retention
- Background or familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology strongly preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, and operations teams
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
