About the Role

Altrio Consulting is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for an innovative US based SaaS company serving the automotive and collision repair industry.

This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding creative ways to generate demand, build market visibility, and create growth opportunities in a niche B2B industry.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing fundamentals with an entrepreneurial mindset. They are comfortable testing new ideas, leveraging AI tools, creating content, analyzing performance data, and continuously looking for ways to drive pipeline growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth

•⁠  ⁠Develop and execute growth initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
•⁠  ⁠Identify creative opportunities to reach collision repair shops, insurers, OEMs, and automotive industry stakeholders.
•⁠  ⁠Build and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
•⁠  ⁠Explore partnerships, industry communities, events, webinars, and referral opportunities to expand market reach.
•⁠  ⁠Continuously test new marketing tactics and growth experiments.


Content & Digital Marketing

•⁠  ⁠Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
•⁠  ⁠Create, publish, and repurpose content including blogs, videos, email campaigns, case studies, customer stories, and industry insights.
•⁠  ⁠Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign execution.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain and optimize website content, landing pages, and conversion paths.


Marketing Automation & Analytics

•⁠  ⁠Manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, email nurturing programs, and lead tracking.
•⁠  ⁠Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
•⁠  ⁠Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
•⁠  ⁠Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness.


Sales & Revenue Alignment

•⁠  ⁠Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
•⁠  ⁠Develop campaigns and assets that help move prospects through the buying journey.
•⁠  ⁠Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Experience

•⁠  ⁠3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
•⁠  ⁠Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
•⁠  ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•⁠  ⁠Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
•⁠  ⁠Comfortable working independently and owning projects from idea to execution.
•⁠  ⁠Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
•⁠  ⁠Experience with AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity is highly desirable.
•⁠  ⁠B2B SaaS marketing experience is preferred.
